Also known as Santos Jaguar, Mexican US-born singer, songwriter, and producer offers a melodic, welcoming take on Latino rhythms like Cumbia and Reggaetón fused with Hip Hop with lyrics half-sung, half-rapped, and often switching between Spanish and English. Jaguar’s family moved to the U.S. in 1986, settling in Lancaster, California. He began rapping at a young age of 12 and soon began free styling with hip hop beats with a neighborhood friend. Jaguar’s family then relocated to Salt Lake City in 1993, Santos co-released his debut single “Bien Buena'” found widespread exposure when Cherlock from Caballos Del Norte gave the song a world premiere on his social medias. It was an effective boom to Santos career, and by the year’s end he’d racked up numerous critical accolades in radio with “Bien Buena”.
